When I came up with the idea to transform an old photo frame into a magnetic recipe card holder, I immediately knew I wanted to design coordinating printables. Today, I’m sharing beautiful floral recipe cards you can download for free!

How to Print Recipe Cards
I highly recommend using cardstock to make your cards more durable. This recipe card template includes four unique floral designs and light gray lines showing you where to cut.
If your printer allows for “borderless” printing, you will want to select that option.
Cutting the Printable Recipe Cards
Once you have printed the designs, you can cut the individual cards using regular scissors or an inexpensive paper trimmer.
I have gotten a TON of use out of my trimmer to make everything from space party printables to wedding advice cards. In the latter post, I also share my trick to making DIY gold pencils like the ones shown above.
DIY Gift Ideas for Recipe Cards
While you can use these cards to write down your own recipes, I think these would make a great gift!
Here are a few ideas to get your gears turning:
- Graduation gift basket with blank recipe cards
- Gift album filled with your best family recipes
- Christmas baked cookies/bread with the recipe attached
- Bridal shower recipes shared by guests
- Hostess gift paired with other kitchen items
You might consider making a cute upcycled magnetic frame to hold your recipe cards, too!
